What counts as a service?

One gathering you caption. The monthly and annual prices cover one service a week — and a month with five Sundays costs the same as one with four.

Run more than one — an English service and a Malayalam service on the same morning, or a midweek study you want captioned too? Contact us. We would rather price that around your actual Sunday than make you work it out from a table.

One thing we should say now

We are a small operation and this is early. As more churches come on, we will probably need to size the price by congregation rather than charge everyone the same — most likely by households on a typical Sunday, since that is the number churches already keep.

Nothing is decided, nothing is being held back from anyone today, and if it changes we will talk to you before it affects you. We would rather you heard that here than found out later.

If it does not work out

Full refund within 30 days. No questions, no form, one email.

After 30 days it is non-refundable, but the service runs to the end of the term you paid for and does not renew on its own. We will remind you before a renewal comes up, and one email cancels it — same day.

Before you ask us

Is there a cheaper plan for just the captions?
No, and that is deliberate. The Monday pack is what makes this worth having every week rather than only on the Sundays you happen to have a second language in the room. Splitting it out would sell you the weaker half of the product.
How many people can read the captions?
As many as you like. Nothing here is per seat — the projector, the livestream, the overflow room and every phone in the building are one service.
We only caption occasionally. Do we have to commit?
No. Pay $35 for the services you actually run and nothing in between. The monthly and annual prices exist because most churches caption every Sunday and would rather not think about it.
Why is annual cheaper?
$990 is ten months' price for twelve. Churches budget once a year and approve by committee, so an annual invoice suits how you already buy — and it costs us less to run, which we would rather pass on than keep.
Do we have to decide before we have seen it?
No. Book a free demo — no card, no commitment. We will show you the whole product on your own service audio, and if it fits we can have you running before Sunday.
Do you support our language?
Malayalam is the one we have tuned hardest, and Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi are live today. Seventeen further Indian languages are available — ask us and we will pilot it with you. English services are supported too, including Indian accents. Captions always read out in English; the languages are what your preacher speaks.
